Consumer returns policy

GUARANTEE

All products supplied by Global Opportunities carry a 12-month warranty which covers genuine manufacturing faults.  The warranty does not include damage caused by damage in transit, abuse or general wear and tear.

All products are recommended for home use only, with the exception of Gamesson Madrid football table 711-5070 which is designed for sports clubs or tournament use.

If you feel that the product you have purchased has developed a fault, please initially contact the retailer from whom you purchased the goods. We will be happy to help you and the retailer to get any problems resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible as most problems may be solved without incurring postal costs.

Global Opportunities reserves the right to supply spare parts for the product to be repaired or to replace the product if damaged beyond repair.

RETURNS

If goods are to be returned, they need to be returned in the original packaging and a copy of the customer receipt needs to be provided.  You should first contact your retailer, for authorisation, before returning any goods to us
